About the role
ERP implementation succeeds or fails on whether the configuration matches how work actually happens, which you only learn by spending time with the people doing it. You would lead that discovery and own the functional design that comes out of it.
You do not need to write code, but you do need to specify customisation precisely enough that a developer can build it without guessing.
What we look for
Someone who has been through a difficult go-live and can talk about what went wrong. That experience is worth more here than a list of modules.

What you'd be doing
- Run discovery and process-mapping sessions with client teams
- Configure Odoo modules and specify customisation for developers
- Lead data migration planning and validation
- Deliver role-based training and support clients through go-live
What we're looking for
- 3+ years implementing Odoo or a comparable ERP
- Working knowledge of Inventory, Sales, Purchase and Accounting modules
- Experience leading data migration on at least one full implementation
- Strong written communication — you will produce documentation clients rely on
- Comfortable telling a client their process needs to change
