Odoo expertise

Odoo specialists, not generalists who occasionally touch it

We work in Odoo often enough to know where it flexes, where it fights you, and when a custom module is genuinely the right answer rather than the expensive one.

01

Odoo implementation

Full-cycle deployment from requirements gathering through go-live, configured around your industry and the way your processes actually run — not a default install with your logo on it.

  • Requirements and process mapping
  • Configuration and data migration
  • User acceptance testing
  • Go-live and hypercare support
02

Custom module development

When standard modules cannot express your workflow, we build ones that can. Written to Odoo conventions so they survive upgrades rather than locking you to a version.

  • Industry-specific business logic
  • Deep ERP extensions
  • Custom reports and dashboards
  • Upgrade-safe, convention-following code
03

Third-party integrations

Odoo rarely stands alone. We connect it to the systems you already depend on, with error handling and retry logic so a failed sync surfaces instead of silently losing data.

  • Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon
  • QuickBooks, Xero, Salesforce
  • Payment gateways and logistics providers
  • Custom REST and XML-RPC integrations
04

Migration & upgrades

Moving from an older Odoo version, or off a competing ERP. We plan cutover around data integrity checks and a tested rollback, so the switch is not a leap of faith.

  • Version-to-version Odoo upgrades
  • Migration from other ERP platforms
  • Data integrity validation
  • Cutover planning with rollback
05

Training & support

An ERP that nobody understands gets bypassed. We train by role, document what matters, and stay available once the project team has moved on.

  • Role-based training sessions
  • Written and video documentation
  • Ongoing support plans
  • Admin handover and enablement
06

Industry-specific setups

Pre-shaped Odoo configurations for the sectors we know well, so you start from something close rather than from a blank database.

  • Manufacturing and distribution
  • Retail and e-commerce
  • Professional services
  • Healthcare and non-profits

Straight answers

Common questions before an Odoo project

Community or Enterprise?

It depends on which modules you need and how many users you have. Community covers a surprising amount; Enterprise earns its licence cost mainly through accounting features, studio, and official support. We'll work out the real total cost for your situation rather than defaulting to the bigger licence.

How long does an implementation take?

A focused deployment covering a couple of modules for a small team typically runs six to twelve weeks. Multi-entity rollouts with heavy customisation and data migration run several months. The variable that moves the timeline most is data quality in the system you're leaving.

Will customisation break our upgrades?

Badly written customisation will. We build modules that extend Odoo through its documented inheritance mechanisms rather than patching core, which is what keeps version upgrades a scheduled task instead of a rebuild.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Yes, and it's a common request. We start with an audit of the existing configuration and code, then give you an honest assessment — including the cases where salvaging is more expensive than restarting.

Thinking about Odoo?

Whether it's a first implementation, a rescue, or a version upgrade you've been putting off — tell us the situation and we'll tell you what it realistically involves.
