Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Build and ship client software end to end — APIs, interfaces and the infrastructure underneath — with real ownership of what you deliver.

About the role
You would be one of a small number of engineers, which means genuine ownership and no layers between you and the person whose problem you are solving. You will see projects from the first discovery call to the support period after launch.
We work in two-week sprints with demos to clients at the end of each one. That cadence is the job: it means what you build gets looked at by the people who will use it, early and often.
What we look for
Judgement more than a specific stack. We want people who reach for the simple solution first, who say so when a requirement does not make sense, and who write code expecting somebody else to maintain it.

What you'd be doing
- Design and build full-stack applications from requirements through production
- Work directly with clients in discovery sessions and sprint demos
- Review colleagues' code and help set the standards we hold to
- Own the operational health of what you ship, not just the merge
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production web applications
- Strong TypeScript, plus React or a comparable framework
- Backend experience in Node, Python or similar
- Comfortable with SQL schema design and query performance
- Able to explain technical trade-offs to a non-technical client
